Reviews and Testimonials
* Dear Mr. Donaldson,
Rebecca is quite correct in saying that I have enormously enjoyed the baton that you made for me.
I have not been separated from it since you kindly sent it.
I will treasure the new one and it's excellent case...and each time I use one of them, I will reflect on your expert craftsmanship and rare
generosity. With thanks and every good wish,
John Williams
* I just unpacked the three batons you made for me and they are exquisite!
They're perfect for me! You really should market your services.
Those are truly great batons.

* I am so thrilled with my beautiful new music stand tray. It honestly makes me happy every day -- whether I'm practicing or teaching in my home studio.
It's beautifully crafted and aesthetically pleasing with fastening knobs shaped like cello tuning pegs. Now that I have been using this shelf I'm amazed at how I managed for so many years without one -- and I never want to go back !
As a clarinetist, I have long fumbled around for a convenient location to place a reed cup, mouthpiece cap, reed cases, metronome, tuner, pencil, etc. There is more than ample room for all of these items and more on my tray. And, to boot, David Donaldson will customize these wonderful trays to tailor them to each musician's specific desires. My musical life has been significantly enhanced by this delightful new addition. Thank you so much, Maestro Donaldson

Dear David,
The batons have arrived!!! Wow! do you do good work!. With the three you have sent I have exactly what I need for
rehearsals and concerts, and exactly the proportions I need. Thank you so much.
Your music stand ledge/mute and equipment holder is a hit in my opinion. excellently made, very compact, easy to use,
and in general a fine example of your craftsmanship....my complements! And you may quote me. The same goes for your
artistry in making your batons. When your art and craft are so high, I think you will succeed with these items.
Thank you very much,

- These are the best and most beautiful horn/musician tables available! And with both mute holders build in it's just so useful, a real must have for ALL musicians and not just horn players. I've been using these shelves for years in the orchestra pits on Broadway here in NY and at home on my practice stand! Many thanks to you, David, for designing and masterfully building this unique and very important tool for us musicians. Cheers to you! Will DeVos, freelance musician in New York City
- We have been more than pleased with the batons we have purchased from Donaldson Batons. The quality of workmanship in each baton is superior. We want our students to perform on the best instrument possible and having a quality baton is vital in the development of our conducting students. I have found that Donaldson Batons are excellent. We will continue to use Donaldson Batons as our supplier of batons for our conducting students.
